Tin Free Hydrolyzed Anti Fouling Paint for Marine Aquaculture Cages - Eco-Friendly Biocide from China Suppliers and Factory

This eco-friendly antifouling paint is formulated with Tralopyhril, an effective biocide that prevents the growth of algae and shellfish while being safe for fish and shrimp. It does not accumulate in marine organisms, making it an ideal choice for sustainable aquaculture. Designed specifically for marine aquaculture cage applications, this product features exceptional penetration and toughness, allowing it to quickly permeate into cage cables and create a durable protective coating. With a lifespan of 1-2 cultivation cycles, this antifouling solution is essential for aquaculture farms in China. As leading suppliers and a reputable factory, we ensure the highest quality in marine coatings that meet your needs

    Product Characteristics
    • After the paint film comes into contact with water, the surface hydrolyzable resin reacts with ions in the water (such as sodium, calcium, magnesium), causing the resin surface to slowly dissolve ("polish"). At the same time, the embedded anti fouling agent (Tralopyhril) is uniformly released without copper ions.
    • The surface of the paint film should always be kept fresh, smooth, and active to avoid staining and biological colonization.
    • This product can be used in both freshwater and seawater. The hydrolysis rate is stable, and the spraying thickness can be determined according to the breeding cycle.
    • Can be constructed in low-temperature environments.

    Recommended Use
    🐟
Inhibit and prevent the attachment of aquatic organisms to cages and fish nets in seawater and freshwater.

    Frequently Asked Questions
Does this antifouling paint contain copper ions?
No. This product uses Tralopyhril as its embedded anti-fouling agent and releases it uniformly without any copper ions, making it a more environmentally considerate choice for aquaculture applications.
Can this product be used in both freshwater and seawater environments?
Yes. This antifouling paint is formulated for use in both freshwater and seawater. The hydrolysis rate remains stable across these environments, providing consistent protection for cages and fish nets.
How does the self-polishing mechanism work?
When the paint film contacts water, the hydrolyzable resin reacts with ions present in the water (e.g., sodium, calcium, magnesium). This causes the resin surface to slowly dissolve and renew itself, keeping the film surface fresh, smooth, and active to resist biological colonization.
What is the recommended application method and equipment setting?
The product should be applied using airless spray equipment. The recommended nozzle pressure is 14–21 MPa, and the nozzle hole diameter should be 0.6–0.8 mm for optimal atomization and film formation.
What surface conditions are required before application?
The substrate must be clean and free from dust, sand, loose material, pollutants, and marine life. Application must be performed over a recommended dry primer with no contaminants. The surface temperature should be at least 3°C (5°F) above the dew point, and relative humidity must be below 85%.
What is the shelf life of this product and how should it be stored?
The shelf life of this product is 24 months when stored at 25°C. Please ensure the product is kept in a sealed container under appropriate temperature and humidity conditions to maintain its performance throughout the storage period.
