Recommended Use
1、Primarily recommended for industrial machinery and equipment, including machine tools, fans, air compressors, forklifts, control cabinets, pump bodies and conveyor supports; suitable for workshop equipment under indoor humid, oily and mild acid & alkali environments.
2、Indoor steel structural components for factory buildings, including workshop columns, platforms, access ladders, equipment supports, basement steel structures and underground utility tunnels.
3、Ship cabins, inner containers and vessel decks, such as lightless interior holds.

Application
Construction method：
Airless spraying
Nozzle pressure:14MPa-21MPa
Nozzle hole diameter: 0.6mm-0.8mm
When applying by brush or roller, additional coats are required to attain the specified dry film thickness. All spray parameters are for reference only and subject to modification. The indicated pressures apply to material at a temperature of 20°C (68°F).
Surface treatment and construction conditions：
Remove oil, grease and other contaminants with a suitable cleaning agent.
High-pressure water cleaning removes salt, detergents and other contaminants.
Remove dust, sand and loose materials.
To avoid condensation, apply the coating to clean, dry surfaces whose temperature is at least 3°C (5°F) above the dew point.
Surface temperature shall remain above -10°C (14°F) during application and curing.
The relative humidity must be kept below 85% during application and curing.
