China Suppliers Polyurethane Anti-Slip Paint - High-Performance Coating from Trusted Factory
Product Features
-
High anti-slip performance, with controllable surface roughness (typically with a dry friction coefficient ≥0.6 and a wet friction coefficient ≥0.4), effectively preventing slipping of personnel or vehicles
-
Excellent durability — the polyurethane system endows the coating with high wear resistance, impact resistance, and good flexibility, making it suitable for high-traffic or heavy-load areas
-
Strong weather resistance (aliphatic type) — if aliphatic isocyanate (such as HDI) is used, it can be used outdoors for a long time without yellowing or losing its gloss, making it suitable for exposed areas such as decks and platforms
-
Resistant to chemical corrosion, oil, water, weak acids and alkalis, and salt spray — suitable for harsh environments such as marine and industrial settings
-
Strong adhesion — good adhesion to steel, concrete, old coatings and other substrates
-
Customizable texture and color — aggregate size (coarse/medium/fine) and color (gray, green, red, yellow, etc.) can be adjusted according to needs, balancing safety and aesthetics
Recommended Use
Used as anti-slip finish for facilities with high decorative requirements, such as bridges, ships, aprons, offshore platforms, decks, and stairs.

Application
Construction Method
Airless spraying
Nozzle pressure: 14 MPa – 21 MPa
Nozzle hole diameter: 0.6 mm – 0.8 mm
Surface Treatment & Construction Conditions
To avoid condensation, work on a clean, dry surface at least 3°C [5°F] above the dew point.
The primer surface should be dry and free from any contaminants (oil, grease, salt, water, dust, etc.) and overcoated within the specified overcoating intervals.
Relative humidity must be less than 85% during application and curing.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Q What is the anti-slip performance of this polyurethane coating? The coating offers high anti-slip performance with a controllable surface roughness. It typically achieves a dry friction coefficient of ≥0.6 and a wet friction coefficient of ≥0.4, effectively preventing slipping of both personnel and vehicles in a wide range of conditions.
-
Q Is this coating suitable for outdoor use without yellowing?Yes. When formulated with aliphatic isocyanate (such as HDI), the coating provides strong weather resistance and can be used outdoors for extended periods without yellowing or loss of gloss. This makes it ideal for exposed areas such as decks, platforms, and bridges.
-
Q What substrates is this coating compatible with? This coating demonstrates strong adhesion to a variety of substrates including steel, concrete, and old coatings, making it versatile for both new construction and maintenance or refurbishment projects.
-
Q What are the recommended application conditions for this coating? The coating should be applied on a clean, dry surface that is at least 3°C [5°F] above the dew point to avoid condensation. Relative humidity must be below 85% during both application and curing. The primer surface must be free of contaminants such as oil, grease, salt, water, and dust.
-
Q Can the texture and color of the coating be customized?Yes. Both the aggregate size (coarse, medium, or fine) and the color (including gray, green, red, yellow, and more) can be adjusted to meet specific project requirements, allowing a balance between safety performance and aesthetic appearance.
-
Q How long is the pot life and storage period of this product? The pot life varies with temperature: approximately 60 minutes at 10°C, 50 minutes at 20°C, and 40 minutes at 30°C. The product has a storage period of 24 months when stored at 25°C. The mixing ratio is Primer to Hardener at a 2.5:1 volume ratio.
