China Suppliers Polyurethane Anti-Slip Paint - High-Performance Coating from Trusted Factory for Safety and Durability
Product Features
- High Anti-Slip Performance — Controllable surface roughness with a dry friction coefficient ≥0.6 and wet friction coefficient ≥0.4, effectively preventing slipping of personnel or vehicles.
- Excellent Durability — The polyurethane system endows the coating with high wear resistance, impact resistance, and good flexibility, making it suitable for high-traffic or heavy-load areas.
- Strong Weather Resistance (Aliphatic Type) — Uses aliphatic isocyanate (such as HDI) for long-term outdoor use without yellowing or gloss loss, ideal for exposed areas like decks and platforms.
- Chemical Corrosion Resistance — Resistant to oil, water, weak acids and alkalis, and salt spray, suitable for harsh environments such as marine and industrial settings.
- Strong Adhesion — Good adhesion to steel, concrete, old coatings, and other substrates.
- Customizable Texture & Color — Aggregate size (coarse/medium/fine) and color (gray, green, red, yellow, etc.) can be adjusted according to needs, balancing safety and aesthetics.
Recommended Use
Used as anti-slip finish for facilities with high decorative requirements, such as bridges, ships, aprons, offshore platforms, decks, and stairs.

Application
Construction Method
Airless spraying
Nozzle pressure: 14 MPa – 21 MPa
Nozzle hole diameter: 0.6 mm – 0.8 mm
Surface Treatment & Construction Conditions
To avoid condensation, work on a clean, dry surface at least 3°C [5°F] above the dew point.
The primer surface should be dry and free from any contaminants (oil, grease, salt, water, dust, etc.) and overcoated within the specified overcoating intervals.
Relative humidity must be less than 85% during application and curing.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q
What friction coefficient does this anti-slip polyurethane coating provide?
This coating offers a dry friction coefficient of ≥0.6 and a wet friction coefficient of ≥0.4, ensuring reliable anti-slip performance for both personnel and vehicles under dry and wet conditions.
Q
Is this coating suitable for outdoor use without yellowing?
Yes. When formulated with aliphatic isocyanate (such as HDI), the coating offers strong UV resistance and can be used outdoors for extended periods without yellowing or loss of gloss, making it ideal for decks, platforms, and other exposed surfaces.
Q
What substrates can this coating adhere to?
This coating provides strong adhesion to a wide range of substrates including steel, concrete, and old coatings. Proper surface preparation — ensuring the surface is clean, dry, and free of contaminants — is essential for optimal adhesion.
Q
What are the recommended application conditions for this coating?
The coating should be applied on a clean, dry surface at least 3°C [5°F] above the dew point. Relative humidity must remain below 85% during both application and curing. Use airless spraying with a nozzle pressure of 14–21 MPa and a nozzle hole diameter of 0.6–0.8 mm.
Q
How long is
How long is the potlife and what is the mixing ratio?
The potlife varies by temperature: 60 minutes at 10°C, 50 minutes at 20°C, and 40 minutes at 30°C. The mixing ratio is Primer : Hardener at 2.5 : 1 by volume. It is recommended to mix only the amount that can be used within the potlife to avoid waste.
Q
Can the texture and color of this coating be customized?
Yes. Both the aggregate size (coarse, medium, or fine) and color (including gray, green, red, yellow, and more) can be adjusted according to project requirements, allowing a balance between functional safety and visual aesthetics.
